REAL LOGIC’S organizational structural plan consists of a holding company that intends to build multiple subsidiary divisions. The first division is an Alternative Transportation Division that is comprised of one subsidiary, Duncan Motor Company, a Florida Corporation. Duncan Motor Company will manufacture and coordinate product sales for the US and the Caribbean. A second subsidiary will be incorporated in Dubai that will hold the developing international rights for the Company’s products creating a means of realizing revenues in a jurisdiction with a preferential tax structure.  A third division is in process of being established that will focus on "Clean Energy'. This new Division will make multiple acquistions of companies in various stages of development, including Research & Development, specializing in clean, renewable energy. Each acquisition will operate independently from the other, as a subsidiary, while benefiting from others' expertise, within its Division.
